The minimum order for team rings is 3 rings. There is no maximum — we have fulfilled orders for entire school graduating classes and sports programs of 100+ members. The more rings you order, the higher your bulk discount (up to 25% off).
Yes — every ring in your team order can be fully individualized. Each person gets their own name engraved, their own ring size, their own jersey number, and individual inside engraving. Simply fill in the Team Order Sheet with each person’s details and email it to us.
Team orders are delivered within 20 business days from the date your 50% deposit is received and your design is confirmed. We recommend placing orders at least 4–5 weeks before your event, ceremony, or presentation date to allow comfortable buffer time.
No. We work on a 50% deposit model. After you submit your order form and approve the quote, you pay 50% via PayPal to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is invoiced upon completion before we ship. No payment is required to submit your form or receive a quote.
Yes — we support custom logo engraving on team rings. Upload your logo file (black and white artwork, PNG, JPG, SVG, or AI format, minimum 300 DPI) when you email your Team Order Sheet. Our craftsmen will engrave your logo on the left or right panel of each ring.
